DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY: A $100.00 per person deposit must accompany your reservation request. This includes a $25.00 per person non-refundable processing fee in the event of your cancellation at any time. Final payment is due MONDAY, JULY 16, 2018.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be given (minus the non-refundable processing fee) for cancellations received prior to the final payment date(s). Cancellations received after the final payment date will be subject to the following penalties:

Up to 30 days prior to departure..................................Processing fee
29 - 20 days prior to departure...........................25% of the trip total
21 - 15 days prior to departure...........................50% of the trip total
14 - 8 days prior to departure.............................75% of the trip total
7 days to day of departure or "no-show:............................No refund
