Visit Gloucester the state's oldest fishing port, tour Beauport a 40-room mansion decorated and furnished with American art and antiquities of the period between 1907- 1934 and learn of the shipbuilding industry in the village of Essex. A thrilling whale watch cruise conducted by a Naturalist will provide insight into the lives of the whales you will observe while cruising through the National Marine Sanctuary.

Admission and guided tour of the Beauport Mansion, perched on a rock overlooking Gloucester Harbor and considered one of the most beautiful and interesting homes in Massachusetts.

Narrated Whale Watch Cruise to Stellwagen Bank to view Ten Pound Island, Hammond Castle and Eastern Point Lighthouse while viewing pods of whales.

Admission to the Essex Shipbuilding Museum telling the story of the workers in a small New England village that built more two-masted wooden fishing schooners than any other place in the world.

Narrated luncheon cruise aboard the Essex River Queen II as you view the abundant wildlife on the Salt Water Estuary of the Essex River.

Admission and tour of the Cape Pond Ice Company, featured in the book and film "The Perfect Storm". The company has been icing Gloucester's fleet since 1848 and you will learn the history and see the operation of the industry.

Free time in the picturesque village of Rockport. Time for photographing the quaint fishing shacks, colorful fishing boats and exploring the local boutiques and galleries.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT - A $150.00 per person deposit must accompany your reservation.
This includes a $25.00 per person non-refundable processing fee in the event of your cancellation at any time. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 2017

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - A full refund will be given (less the non-refundable processing fee) for cancellations received prior to the final payment date. Cancellations received after the final payment date will be subject to the following penalties:

* Up to 60 days prior to departure........................................................Full refund
                                                                                          Minus the processing fee
* 59 - 45 days prior to departure.............................................25% of the trip total

* 44 - 30 days prior to departure.............................................50% of the trip total

* 29 - 15 days prior to departure.............................................75% of the trip total

* 14 days to day of departure or no show...............................................No refund

INSURANCE - We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect your travel investment. Should you wish to purchase insurance coverage, please call the DayTours office to receive an application form.
