Day 1 - Departing Rochester, New York early via our comfortable, fully equipped motor coach we will travel to Ashland, Virginia for the night. Accommodations will be at the Holiday Inn Express located within walking distance of restaurants.

Day 2 – Following breakfast we will continue south and overnight in Santee, South Carolina. Dinner will be at the Captain's Quarter's restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

Day 3 – Continuing south we will arrive on Amelia Island in the afternoon. Accommodations for the next three nights will be at the Hampton Inn in the historic and quaint town of Fernandina Beach. Tonight you are free to explore and have dinner at one of the many local eateries. (Breakfast included)

Days 4 & 5 – Following breakfast each day there will be an opportunity to visit the Amelia Island Museum of History an excellent local-history museum and State Fort Clinch Park. Located on the St. Mary's River the masonry Fort never saw action but has been restored. The schedule will allow you to attend Mass at St. Michael's if you wish. (Breakfast daily & Dinner included one night)

Day 6 – After breakfast we depart Amelia Island and travel to Sanford, Florida. Relax and enjoy a 3- hour narrated Sunday Luncheon Cruise on the St. Mary's River. Following the cruise we will travel directly to St. Pete Beach for hotel check-in at the Trade Winds Resort for 6 nights. You will be on your own for dinner tonight. (Breakfast & Lunch included)

Day 7- A trip to the local supermarket this morning will provide an opportunity to purchaser any food items and beverages for the next few days. All of your ocean front rooms are fully equipped with a fridge, micro-wave and dishes and cutlery.

Day 8 – Today is a free day for you to enjoy the beach and the hotel amenities. Dinner and entertainment is planned for this evening in a private room at the resort, just for our travelers! Guaranteed to be a memory maker! (Dinner included)

Day 9 – Today a trip to Tarpon Springs is planned. Famous for the sponge-diving industry a 2-hour narrated cruise will acquaint you with the history of the Greek fishermen from Key West who gave the town its character. Time for lunch and shopping at your leisure.

Day 10 – A trip to Tampa is planned for today. We will have admission to The Florida Aquarium located on the waterfront in downtown Tampa. Featuring more than 30,000 aquatic creatures from all over the state plus a pass to participate in interactive programs. A fun day for all!

Day 11 – Another day to spend at your leisure, swim, walk the beach take the trolley and go exploring or meet your "Snow Bird " friends who are lucky enough to spend the winter in the sun!

Day 12 – Say good-bye to St. Pete Beach and Florida today. We will travel into the state of Georgia and spend the night just outside Atlanta in Warner-Robins, Georgia at the full service Hilton Garden Inn. Dinner is on your own tonight. (Lunch included)

Day 13 – Following breakfast we spend the morning at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins. This is the second largest areo-space museum in the United States. The museum features indoor exhibits including a B-1B bomber, F-4D MG killer, U-2 spy plane, a B-29, a B-17 Flying Fortress and many more. Exhibits also describe the WWII D-Day invasion and aircraft, the Flying Tigers, the Tuskegee Airmen plus vehicles and equipment used in Vietnam. In the afternoon we will travel to Hendersonville, North Carolina and overnight at the Hampton Inn. Dinner will be included tonight. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

Day 14 – An early departure from Hendersonville will bring us to Asheville and the Biltmore Estate in Asheville or a morning self-guided tour of the 250-room Vanderbilt mansion. Later we will travel to Beckley, West Virginia with overnight accommodation at the Hampton Inn. Our "Last Supper" will be at The Char restaurant, one of our traveler's favorites! (Breakfast & Dinner included)

Day 15 – After breakfast and hotel check-out we will depart for home, filled with wonderful memories of our 2019 Florida Getaway! (Breakfast included)

Know Before You Go:

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT – A $500.00 per person deposit must accompany your reservation. This includes a $25.00 per person non-refundable processing fee in the event of your cancellation at any time. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER EO, 2018.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – A full refund will be given (less the non-refundable processing fee) for cancellations received prior to the final payment date. Cancellations received after the final payment date will be subject to the following penalties:

Up to 60 days prior to departure.....................,.........Processing fee
59 – 44 days prior to departure...........................25% of the trip total
43 – 28 days prior to departure..........................50% of the trip total
27 – 15 days prior to departure..........................75% of the trip total
14 days to day of departure..........................................No refund

INSURANCE – Purchase of travel insurance for cancellation/interruption due to covered reasons is not required but is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. Should you wish to purchase travel insurance, please contact the Koning DayTours office.
